The Fish Dinners were a huge success! We served a total of 7,264 dinners during the 6 Fridays of Lent.
That is 767 more dinners then last year.

In case you were wondering, here are a few of the totals for what it takes to serve that many meals:
Haddock: 6,410 lbs
Shrimp: 504 lbs
Cheese: 820 lbs
Mini-Penne Pasta: 624 lbs
Butter: 610 lbs
Applesauce: 1,760 lbs
Coleslaw Vegetables: 1,520 lbs
Bread Crumbs: 375 lbs
Fry Oil: 1,225 lbs
Tartar Sauce: 72 gallons
Cocktail Sauce: 28 gallons
