Catholic Charities is collecting food for the Emergency Food Pantries in Binghamton and Endicott. Non-perishable food items donated from March 1-April 30 are eligible for a match through the national Feinstein Challenge. Donations stay in our community to provide for individuals and families in Broome County. The most needed food items are:
Canned Soups
Canned Vegetables
Canned Juice
Canned Fruit
Pasta & Pasta Sauce
Macaroni & Cheese
Peanut Butter & Jelly
Tuna
Boxed Cereal
Rice

The need is great. We serve 5,000 people each month through our Mother Teresa’s Cupboard in Endicott and the Msgr. Owen Center Pantry in Binghamton. You can place your food donations in barrels at Walmart stores in Johnson City and Vestal. Monetary donations can be sent to: Catholic Charities/Food, 232 Main Street, Binghamton, NY 13905.
