What is Transitions? TRANSITIONS is a weight management program designed to teach you not only how to lose weight the right way, but to eat healthy for your whole lifetime. There are no required foods to purchase. There’s NO starving yourself, no points to count, no measuring food, but there is lots of fun watching those extra pounds and body fat melt away! Classes will be held for 12 weeks. A FREE 30-40 minute overview of the TRANSITIONS program will be shown prior to the classes starting. This will give you an opportunity to see what the program is all about before you make a decision to commit to it. The overview will be held at 6 pm on January 25th in Room 2 at Church of the Holy Family.
